At Melia Art Studio, we stand behind every piece we create. If something arrives wrong, we'll make it right.
Return Window
30 days from the date of delivery.
Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to report:
- Email support@biatturiart.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- We'll review your request within 1–2 business days
- If approved, you can choose a free replacement, or a full refund to your original payment method
Refund timing:
Issued within 2 business days of approval; refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
Replacement fulfillment: 3–7 business days, plus shipping time.
Return Address
We'll confirm your nearest return address once you start a return request.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
We don't accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please double-check dimensions and product details before ordering.
Items not eligible for return:
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Items that have been hung, displayed, used, or removed from their original packaging
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed by emailing **meliaartstudio@yahoo.com**. After 3 hours, production has already begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate.
International Customers
Shipping and returns are available worldwide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in all cases. We'll confirm your nearest return address when you start a return.
Condition Required for All Returns
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging
- Packing slip included
